| Currently I¡¯m working as Maintenance Manager of the SN NUCLEARELECTRICA SA, Cernavoda NPP,
Romania. I have almost thirty years experience in the nuclear industry. Previously, I worked as a Commis-
sioning Engineer and Shift Supervizor at Turceni Coal Fire Power Plant. Since 1991, I worked in operation
at SN NUCLEARELECTRICA SA, Cernavoda NPP, Romania, as Operation/Commissioning Engineer
U1-5 years; Licenced Control Room Operator/ Licenced Shift Supervizor-10 years and Commissioning
Operation Manager U2-2 years. Since 2006, I switch to planning as Outage Manager and Work Control
Manager-8 years. Main activities are related with reorganization and optimization of Work Control and
Maintenance Departaments - in the last 12 years. |

and technical service. Now he is Director of Nuclear Safety and Operations Technology Center in Suzhou
Nuclear Power Research Institute. Currently, he is engaged in providing services including designing
benchmark maintenance, PSR, PSA, risk directive technology, operation optimization, intelligent operation,
and chemical technology for NPPs. |
