Bruce Power
Mr. Len has more than 30 years of nuclear power operations experience with
roles in operations, engineering, projects and maintenance. Len joined Bruce
Power in 2009 and was most recently the Vice President of Nuclear Maintenance
Services. Len was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Nuclear Offi-
cer in August 2012. Prior to joining Bruce Power, Len held senior leadership roles
including plant manager, site engineering director and operations
manager. Len was previously licensed as a senior reactor operator at a Pressur-
ized Water Reactor and performed in the control room supervisor and shift man-
ager roles. Len spent 14 years with Florida Progress Corporation and came to
Bruce Power from Xcel Energy in Minnesota. Len graduated from Lehigh Univer-
sity, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and
has also obtained a Masters of Business degree and a Professional Engineer’s
license. |

Liu Chongdu, male, received his master’s degree in 1996 and now works as a
senior engineer at research fellow level, the highest ranking of engineers in
mainland China. He is the deputy director of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and
oversees the maintenance and repair of the power plant after working in various
positions with responsibilities including, in time order, the supervision and tech-
nical support of equipment building, the purchase of nuclear power equipment
and the supervision of the equipment installation, the supervision of the regular
inspection and maintenance and the overhauls of the nuclear power reactors. |

Greg Rzentkowski joined the IAEA as Director of Nuclear Installation Safety in
March 2015. He is responsible for providing programmatic support to IAEA
Member States in establishing the appropriate safety infrastructure and continu-
ously improving the safety of nuclear installations during site evaluation, design,
construction and operation.Greg has over 35 years of experience in mechanical
and nuclear engineering. |

Hao Zeng is the chairman of the board of China Nuclear Industry Maintenance
Co.LTD., secretary of the party committee, fellow senior engineer, model worker of
state-owned key enterprise. He has been awarded second prize of Science and
Technology by Nuclear industry association, and has one national patent. Zeng
Hao has been committed to applying more than 30 years of experience in nuclear
power construction management and installation of main equipment of nuclear
power supervision and maintenance. Under the leadership of Zeng Hao in the
past three years, China Nuclear Industry Maintenance Co.LTD. has acquired 60
national invention patents and new practical patents in total, and been certified as
a national high-tech enterprise. Besides, the company was also awarded
“Five-Star Provider”of JNPC, and the only “Five-Star Provider”of CGN’s oper-
ation section in 2017. |

of Climate Change Capital (UK), Head of wind business unit in CLP Power Asia , and
various positions in China Southern Grid Co. Michael Gu has his MBA from Cana-
da-based Richard Ivey business school, a BA in mechanical & electronic engineer-
ing from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, management training in Harvard Business
School in 2010. |
