	Sebastien Caillaud, PhD in Mechanics, began his career on Research and Development in EDF. Since 2017, Sebastien Caillaud is the head manager of the Maintenance Group at the corporate level of EDF Nuclear Fleet. The Maintenance Group gathers about 110 experts and reliability engineers in several fields: I&C, electrical components, rotating machinery, valves, pipes, ventilation, pressure vessels and civil engineering. It defines preventive maintenance programs and strategies for exceptional maintenance for the main stake equipment of the whole EDF Nuclear Fleet. It also ensures technical supports to NPP.

	36 years of experience in PWR Maintenance and Engineering field and worked successively: - at EDF plant level as Maintenance Section Head, In-Service Inspection Technical expert, Project Engineer), - in CGN as Technical advisor in ISI section, Technical advisor for RCM study and CCM project, On-Site, Technical Department and Maintenance Director Advisor, - Within EDF Corporate Maintenance Group, (Maintenance/Engineering Analyst Consultant – Flow Accelerated Corrosion project leader) and Within EDF/Nuclear Generation Division International Department as China Project technical coordinator, then Technical Project Manager. He has been WANO member for several Peer-Review or TSM. He has started working as Inspector (pressurized components, NDT and Equipment Manufacturing surveillance and Qualification): 1980/1983 for French Ministry of Industry service supplier. Today, he works as EDF/DPN/UNIE representative within CGN/SNPI for Equipment Management (including Reliability, In Service Inspection, Condition -Based Maintenance, etc..) exchanging Operating Experience in order to enhance both fleet performance.

	Dr. Gheorghe Vieru is currently PhD and Senior Scientific Nuclear Security’s Research Worker at AREN/c.o. Institute for Nuclear Research. He got his PhD on Reliability Engineering and Risk Assessment at Transylvania University of Brasov, in 1997. His background is in EE-Electrical Engineering, Polytechnic Institute of Jassy, Romania. He joined to the nuclear field in 1975 and received education on nuclear technology at STUDSVIK NUCLEAR, Sweden under the IAEA Vienna as a fellow. Within Institute for Nuclear Research he led the Reliability and Testing Department where he carried out studies and experimental reliability parameters determination for nuclear equipments and installation, risk assessment on safety and security for RAM transport in Romania. He served as CSI-Chief Scientific Investigator for 8 IAEA Research Contracts, among these potential radiological consequences evaluation due to RAM transportation and storage was of high priority. He is an IAEA technical expert since 1996. He was Romania’s representative at the Nuclear Security Summits in Seoul, (2012), La Hague, (2014), and Washington, USA (2016). He is the author of more than 150 published scientific papers on nuclear technology.

During 15 years he was working for chemistry services for nuclear power plants with experience in all main designs and his expertise cover chemical decontamination, steam generator cleaning (CANDU primary side mechanical cleaning; secondary side chemical cleaning) and adhesive technology. He was acting as managing director of Chemistry Services and today he is sales VP for installed base solutions in Japan and Framatome account manager for Taiwan R.O.C., and for chemistry service business development in P.R. China and Korea.
