Position 1: Conference Sales Executives 会议销售专员

Job Descriptions:

  1. Speak to the decision makers of world's leading companies
  2. Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone.
  3. Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing.
  4. Generation of new leads and prospects (local and overseas).
  5. Assist in on-site conference operations when required.
  6. Report to team manager about daily sales process

Job Requirements:

  1. Ambitious and confident
  2. Highly motivated, persuasive, assertive and enthusiastic
  3. An understanding of the conference industry.
  4. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Marketing Communications or Social Sciences.
  5. Excellent communication skills in terms of good oral English and business negotiation
  6. Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above.
  7. Effective team player
  8. Working experience in conference/exhibition industry will be preferred.

Position 2: Event Coordinator & Marketing 会议协调和市场专员

Job Descriptions:

  1. Negotiate with leading international media & publications of your target industry and create partnerships.
  2. Prepares, coordinates, and assists in the preparation of event operations before the conferences.
  3. Prepares and maintains administrative documentation with respect to events.
  4. Responsible for database key-in, pick-up service arrangement for special guests and hotel booking related issues.
  5. Follows up speakers, sponsors and related issues.
  6. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  7. Report to the Director of Production

Job Requirements:

  1. Working Experience in conference or exhibition field preferred.
  2. Organizing and coordinating skills.
  3. Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
  4. Ability to work as a leader of a team.
  5. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Skill in the use of computer and related software applications.
  8. Records maintenance skills.
  9. Ability to complete moderately complex administrative paperwork
